About Your Session
Your session may take place with or without your pet(s) being present. I conduct all of my conversations by phone and have clients both locally and out-of-state. Please note: I am currently only taking clients by referral from existing clients or vets.
Before our session, I will ask for the name, age, gender, and physical description of the animals we will be talking with. To get the most from the appointment, you should prepare a list of questions ahead of time and plan on taking notes. Most pets already know before your appointment that you have contacted me and they're very excited. They may volunteer information that they feel is important. Usually what I pass along is in response to questions that you ask. Answers may come from my intuitive connection or be a direct response from the animal.
If your pet has a health issue, my awareness of that is often empathic. For example, if your dog has arthritis in his left hip, I may feel that ache in my hip. I may ask both you and the animal questions to help clarify what I am feeling. I will also ask the animal to draw my attention to problem areas or to tell me any concerns I may not have picked up. Pets are usually aware of what is going on in their bodies and may be very specific and opinionated when it comes to their healthcare.
I also sense emotional issues empathically. If an animal is grieving or anxious, I feel it. I am able to work on an energy level to lessen a pet's emotional and/or physical discomfort.
